Hello I am a 18X DEP and I was wondering how I subscribe to the "Isolation Facility" forum or is it a forum that is not open to DEPs?

One of the moderators needs to give you the SF candidate status, that usually takes a few days so have a little bit of patience and you'll get it access sooner or later. If you post in the 18x and Rep 63 topic it will probably speed things up.
