Saw this article and couldn't help but chuckle...reminds me of those TBS commercials where the person calls and asks for the degree of laughter they are allowed to exert.

Its got to be a diversion, or some AQ wannabe. They would realize that every intelligence agency in the US and Britain would try to use this as an opportunity to insert operators.
