I recently received one of these fine folders. It came from Lone Wolf by way of Mr. Harsey. I have carried Emerson folders for years and was a little apprehensive about changing after I lost my last one. I shouldn't have been.

The T2 is without a doubt the best folder I have ever had. The size is perfect. I am a fairly big guy, so I can carry it no problem. The knife was and is still razor sharp - disproving the belief that S30V can't be "sharpened". I quickly adapted to the stud as opposed to the "wheel" on the Emersons, only took about 100 openings to get it down. I now feel I can get it out and open as fast as I did with the Emersons after years of practice.

The camo handle is a nice touch. The grip feels like it was made to fit my hand, as does the thumb rest on top of the blade. The pivot was tensioned just right - not to loose nor too tight.

But what I like best about it is the blade shape. Cutting is as easy as touching the edge to the target. And it cuts EVERYTHING. Knives are tools to me. I don't care about shiney and I get them dirty. I cut everything from tape to cardboard on bang boxes to tomatoes for my lunch sam'ich to wood and occassionally flesh.

I love my T2. It is dirty and the finish is already wearing off the clip. The handle is full of dust from the house. But there is no rust on the blade, as I wipe it down and put a little oil on it a couple of times a week. I might clean it tomorrow - I might not. But I know I can count on it no matter.

Thanks again Mr. Harsey. You are a true Master Craftsman.

I will contact you in a couple of years to get one for The Kid when he is old enough to have one. I was going to pass this one on, but now I'm not giving it up.

The T2 is the smaller one !! :D

I actually heard Sir Bill claim that he got into and developed the "Camo Patterns" because his knives lasted so long that he felt that "Mother Nature" could assist him, in selling more, by helping folks to lose them if he camo'ed the things !!!! :D :munchin

I also have and carry daily, a T2. Nice piece of work !!! But in the words of TR, ONE IS NONE , I also carry a Sebenza, compliments of Air.177's 21st birthday (he could'nt have one and me NOT !!!).

I recently purchased this same knife for the oldest son on his 19th Birthday. I was both pleased and impressed.

Thank you indeed Mr. Harsey!

Excellent article in this month's "Tactical Knives" by Durwood Hollis, page 8, about the CPM-S30V: The 'Super' Steel and the Lone Wolf T2
