This book is highly recommended by me,a civilian with NO KNOWLEDGE of any firsthand military experinces.
It is written by Col/Dr. Richard O. Sutton,an original 2nd Lt. assigned to Special Forces in the early 1960's.
He graduated West Point in 1960.
The book is a thinly veiled account of his early Special Forces experiences.
I recommended this book in the POW/ MIA section,but also wanted to praise it here.
