Hell we did that over 30 years ago using Plastic Soap Dishes, Roller Bearings from the Motorpool and C-4 !! And I bet that they were much cheaper that what those guys get for them !!!

Soap Dish $0.15
Scrap Bearings $0.00

I do not think the guy who invented it will see millions. The claymore is a self contained system, complete with all components required to emplace it. This mini claymore is a pipe dream. This guy is thinking he doesn’t have to screw with blasting caps and C-4 and can also sell this to the LA street gangs as is….
When I deploy I like to know that when I pull a demolitions system out to use its ready to use. I do not want to hear, “shit I forgot the C-4!” I would not buy it.

(And if I wanted to I would not hesitate to cut a real Claymore in half and have TWO demo ready mini claymores!)

I recommend a hacksaw and slow cutting. Remember to remove the caps first and shunt them.
