Hello all,

On aircrafts, with miniguns, and in armored vehicles, you often see feeding tube of sorts that keeps the ammo from getting tangled up in things on the way from the box and into the gun.

Anyone able to help out with the name of that thing, and/or do anyone have an idea where to get one for the MG-3 (7.62)?

Thanks in advance,

A Feed tray?..
I cant remember if we had that on our MG3's, but it I think it would help alot :) (I hate those german mg3 belts, why dont we (Norwegians and danish)use the same links that US and UK forces use...arghh...? :(

The US MG-belts go fine with the MG3.

On aircraft they're called "feed shutes" I'll see if I can get an NSN if you need it.

I kinda like the old ones, prolly related to our blank rounds coming in loose form most of the time, so easy for the gunner to carry and load up in the field with em.

NSN means? =)

I found this place that carries it. You could probably also call up some of the bigger class 3 dealers and ask them where they get it.
