It's a Soviet Bloc Recoilless Rifle, either Czech or Latvian.

B-11/RG-107 107mm Recoilless Rifle?

Edit: I take that back, the RG-107 has a tube under the barrel.

It's a recoilless gun. It's not Soviet Bloc.

That is recoiless rifle with military designation Pansarvärnspjäs 1110. It has been disbanded by the Swedish defense.

I am not completely sure of the manufacturer, but I believe it was developed and built by Bofors. Bofors is also the maker of the Carl Gustav AT weapon system.
