ON INTERNAL WAR (1992) by William Odom
This was recommended to me. Has anyone read it?

Haven't read that one, but LTG (ret) Odom was my professor in college and I've got a lot of respect for the man if that counts for anything.
I will say that LTG Odom's background is in the intelligence field, so I'd expect a very different approach to the subject than someone with an SF background would have (i.e. more of a macro view of the subject rather than a hands on/practical view).
Thanks, vacation81.
It was on a counter-insurgency reading list given to me.
