but has not yet turned it in to the Navy. Six months since the election and nearly a year after first promising to release all of his records Kerry finally gets around to doing so. Why the press wasn't all over him before election day to do so goes without saying. Hopefully the Swift boat vets will be vidicated of Kerry ever acutally sends the form in.
