GEN Brown and Secretary O'Connell (ASD-SO/LIC) will be testifying tomorrow (Friday, April 22) at 9:30 a.m. before the Senate Armed Services Committee. C-SPAN might cover it, though probably not live (maybe a rebroadcast late night). Check the committee's website to see if and when they post the prepared statements. If you're in DC, go in person.

However, adding SOF is not a near term fix, as SOF cannot be mass-produced
Although we all understand that this is a given, it important that he reiterate that fact before the Senate. Hopefully, they will understand that and support SOF to the fullest extent possible.
