Nancy was asked to do a TV thingy with him and John Updike, but unfortunately we will be in Vienna at the proposed time.
Edited because I wrote John Irving as opposed to John Updike.

William Safire just changed the date of the "SPEAKING OF SCIENCE" meeting to accomodate Nancy's schedule, it is now on for 29 June at the Dana Center, in DC.
Nancy is now attempting to change our flight schedule so she can make it; we will be flying back directly from Vienna, she will get off the plane and race to the appointed meeting place, and immediately be on stage.
