The article has some very interesting points although it seems to be very wishy-washy on some points. It states at various times that the US/ISF seem to be doing this well although it could be a sign that we're doing it wrong too. It doesn't seem to take a stand on the analysis of any of the points it brings up.
Interesting, but not helpful without the data on the metrics it suggests. Also, the "market"-based metrics are very poorly conceived.
