Anyone have any idea what this is?

S- Patient (Me) complains of 2 unusual bumps in the anterior aspect of wrist w/ generalized ache x2 weeks

O- 2 weeks ago, noticed after Modern Army Combatives training. Abrupt onset.
Wrists were sore from lots of grasping/grappling.
P- The bumps protrude more when flexing wrist against resistance.
No acute pain to movement, but excessive use leaves prolonged ache.
Q- Dull ache
R-None
S- 3/10, 10 was spike into ear through TM
T- Pain has been gradually increasing over the past 2 weeks.

O- WDWN 24y/o WM NAD. Vitals WNL. 2 Small bumps on the lateral half of the anterior portion of wrist. Bumps do not communicate with skin. No discoloration. No surface lesions. No pain to palpation. Bumps become more pronounced with flexion against resistance of thumb and first 2 fingers. ROM WNL. No numbness/tingling/noticable palsy in any finger.

A- Damaged tendon fibers in palmaris longus or flexor carpi radialis
D/D Ganglion Cysts
Digital Tendonitis
Anything else?

P- Take a knee, face out, drink water, and ask the guys on PS.com what they think this is!

I'm just curious, because these bumps look really funky. My guesses are posted. I haven't done anything about this, and I'm not in any huge hurry to... but I would like to know what these things are.
