For the person who didn't bring you "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?" or "Where in the World is Matt Lauer?", but who will shamelessly rip them off, comes this little quiz:
Where am I? And for bonus points, who am I? (Oh, and when?)

Lower. The highest peak in these mountains is 8,500 feet.

Haven't checked elevations or anything, but looks like a photo from the Vietnam war.

TR, it's not the Vietnamese Central Highlands, but it is very, very close.

Looks like it could be the KNU, taken a few years ago.

Narrowing it down: I have to go back and check to confirm, but I'm fairly sure it is somewhere in here: http://www.nexus.net/~911gfx/mapnd4808.html

The flag is Kuwaiti and the guy on the far left appears to have a Kuwaiti Armed Forces sleeve patch, so I'll guess Fort Dix. :) Or possibly Kuwait or Saudi Arabia.

This is purely from memory and I haven't run a search.
Wasn't there some Prince (Royalty), I think from Kuwait that flew
Sortie's during Gulf War 1. Isn't that him? Doesn't look
like a flight suit though.
H.R.H. Prince Khaled bin Sultan?
