I am reading Blood Sport The President and His Adversaries by James B. Stewart and so far this is a good read.
The book starts with the death of Vincent Foster, if you don't count the prolouge which obviously goes into the background of the Clintons pre-politics, and really explains there relationships with everyone from Jim Guy Tucker to the McDougals. While I am only about 1/2 way through the author goes in to the nitty gritty details of why Clinton has earned the nickname Slick Willy.
I picked it up for a $1 at a book store called Foozles (http://www.book-warehouse.com/) where books are dirt freaking cheap. They sell remanded, over prints & misscut books for much less then the cover price. Most of the books I buy are anywhere from $3-15 normally and they always have some specials going on like the $1 bins. They have about 125 stores under other names across in several states. If you have one near you they are certainly worth popping in and browsing.
It is also a good store for books on computer software and languages.
