Photoshopped to hell and back
That's the Golden Gate bridge in the background.
Those are PJs from a Reserve unit in California (I forget which one) and the Great White has been photoshoped in.
Not sure what the Golden Gate looks like but I think it is a "dupped" picture too.

It is photoshopped from hell and has been discussed ad nauseum on the net, up to and including the Snopes version which is what you have there.

That photo is rather old. I check Snopes and what is written on the above pic comes from Snopes, ver batum.

If you go the 129th's web site, there is a pic of this helo dropping off the PJs. I attempted to load it here, but the size is too big.
I have seen this picture in I believe a maxim issue. They had around 5 fake pics and one real. As usual you are all on point and sharp as a tack as this is a fake.
