This recent past has been challenging, the Big C and other medical issues...luckily, we contacted a firm in Philadelphia that specializes in representing Veterans' claims at the VA. Our POC was Lisa Cinningham. Lisa's expertise marshalled my claim flawlessly through the system, rated in the 1980s at 70%, using the same conditions involved in the 70% rating, and secured the 100% in less than a year. Lisa and I never met, as she was based in Tampa, but she has now opened her firm.
