Up for discussion...the new movie "Reagan." OUTSTANDING! Made me want to go out and fight communism all over again. Highly recommend it. Stayed all the way through the credits. Had video of his funeral, home photos, etc.

Agreed. Wife and I saw it yesterday. We were sitting in the next to last row in back of theater, no one got up and left until all the credits were completed.

Thoughts after the movie:
1. What would President Reagan have to say about the state of the country and the communist march through our institutions since his departure?
2. We (USA via Reagan policies) defeated the Soviet Union, only to be on the brink of becoming a communist country if the Democrats and their Republican allies are successful.

I will admit to being a bit misty eyed watching the end and credits, thinking about all that Mr. Reagan accomplished and how it has all been squandered.

Made me want to go out and fight communism all over again. I believe we are going to get that opportunity without having to deploy outside CONUS.

I think Ronnie would be rolling in his grave seeing the direction our country is headed after all he accomplished. I tend to agree with your assessment that we may have that opportunity. Sadly I don't think the "American" people have any fight left in them...they're too busy waiting on reparations, paid off school loans, free lunches, free healthcare, universal income, etc.

The Ranger who was awarded the Silver Star in Grenada got to meet the Reagans afterwards. We got an 'inside' story from him during SFQC 4-84. :)

Planning on seeing it, he was our last great President.

He's on the Board, although I haven't seen him post here lately. He was SF too. You can buy his book about Grenada here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/36455381-a-tale-of-the-grenada-raiders
