I received a phone call this morning from Susan Rutallie, wife of Lance Rutallie (UWOA) informing me that he passed with God's grace on 5 Dec after a brief battle with colon cancer.

Condolences may be sent to Susan via her email: packerfan30ssr@yahoo.com Funeral services are being planned for Arlington that will be 10-15 weeks in the future. I will stay in touch with Susan and will post details here when they are available.
