My simple analysis is Trump gets more bang for the buck, and will apply conservative principles to budget considerations.

Lets be honest though - one of them was a willing participant that willingly entered into a nondisclosure agreement (allegedly).
As a result, the legal fees, underwriting, clerk fees, paralegal costs, staff payroll, and administrative filing fees would all have to be considered as hidden costs.
...just trying to maintain some degree of fairness and transparency.
And of course I need to be able to have plausible deniability when the Stasi start rounding up Trump supporters !!!

Be careful Penn, you're buying into the media's sliming of Paula Jones. She was a low-level employee who had been "summoned" to $Bill by State Police.
