Someone with proper creds should perhaps post the citation and all in the Above and Beyond area. Ceremony is occurring as I write.
One link that should be available going forward is at CSPAN:

Fox is carrying it live right now.

In the age of Digital, how does this happen?

In the age of Digital, how does this happen?Pre-digital, lots of recommendations were "lost" for a variety of reasons. Sometimes truly lost, sometimes made to go away out of professional jealousy, other reasons such as the feeling that there are "too many" being submitted. That brother warriors took it upon themselves, with advantages of the digital age, to resurrect a recommendation, the facts, and the testimony necessary to validate a MoH citation (which is alot) is what should be celebrated.

THERE is an incredible movie here.No question on a movie. The tales & achievements of Special Forces in Viet Nam - and of so many men with unbelievable events in their lives who never saw a sniff of valorous decorations they richly deserved, nor gave them a thought - would make a mini-series of such proportion that it would make Band of Brothers look like a "one last thing" segment on The Five.
