language transcription app ..i.e need help

Hello all,

I listen to a lot of radio and sometimes I come across non-English speaking stations here in the states and I would like to know what they are saying.

Is there a good site or app I can get to let it listen to a recording and transcript it to English?

If you're searching the web look for "speech to text with translator" I know Google has one, but it's pricy at about $300. They have a free trial available. There are also several others, but you'd have to dig into which languages they can translate to find the right one.
