Weapon of MASS Distruction used in Chappelle Attack

The district attorney’s office has referred the case to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office for consideration of misdemeanor filing against Isaiah Lee, the reported perp.

1) It's LA, what do you expect?

2) The weapon was a very cheap aluminum folding pocket knife with a 3-inch blade,, that the perp left in his backpack.

The initial criminal charges filed will be reduced to a misdemeanor and the perp will get off with a slap on the wrist... No Jail Time...May-be a fine. I would not be surprised if he sues the security company that detained him.
