LTG (Ret) Kellogg today mentioned that he had 'heard' some information that the general had been out "among the troops" trying to bolster their morale, motivate them (and many are conscripts it turns out) which is a fine thing for a leader.
Getting taken out in front of your troops by some alleged ragtag adversary is not.
