From that perspective, the question around intent becomes, what did they push and why did they push it?
Now we get to the story, quote and critical Reuters article from December of 2021. What was being said by Joe Biden to Ukraine President Vladimir Zelenskyy?
Reuters, December 9, 2021 – “U.S. President Joe Biden assured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that Kyiv’s bid to join the NATO military alliance was in its own hands, Zelenskiy’s chief of staff said after the two leaders spoke on Thursday.
Biden and Zelenskiy had a call two days after Biden held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin to try to defuse a crisis over Russian troop movements near Ukraine’s borders. (read more)
In mid-December of 2021, Joe Biden was telling President Zelenskyy the entry of Ukraine into NATO was up to Ukraine. If they want in, they’re in.
Well, there is the object to deflect attention of the recent past, covid, parents school boards, mask, mandates, creeping authoritarianism. etc., etc., that the
D卐M☭CRAT Party absolutely needs to counter the coming two election cycles.
YMMV, but clearly, check you news feeds, and example covid/mask/parents vs Ukraine.
It's like NADA.

Seems at least plausible to me...
Surely, the US has only to benefit from Putin's ill fated jaunt into the Ukraine?
This "Special Military Operation" is starting to look a lot like another Afghanistan for the Soviets...err...Russia.
The world can only benefit from a quick end to Putin's reign, no?
Doesn't baiting Putin into Ukraine serve this end?

I don't think any foreign government has any faith or trust in any announcement that this B/H Admin. would make ....

Our government does a lot of things that I find plausible but for the life of me I cannot wrap my thoughts around U.S. Intel baiting the Russians like this. There is no benefit for the U.S. that could possibly equal the pain and suffering that is taking place in Ukraine.

Plans for Operations Northwoods got as far as the oval office, and some records indicate that Kennedy only said no because he didn't want to spare the 4 divisions to hold down Cuba if Berlin kicked off.
Our government may preach ethics, but it practices as a realist.
Bringing down Putin with a little blood in Ukraine, and some cold nights in Europe is a lesser evil than letting Putin continue to rule for another 20 years, don't you think? Especially with China raising.

Remember, just a short time ago, an administration appointed an avowed communist, a decade member of the D卐M☭CRAT Party as D/CIA, John Brennan. When that party is in power, no faith.

And it appears he may not be alone in playing multi-demensional chess. Big Banking, Big Pharma, Big Oil, Big Energy, Apple, Nike, Microsoft and even the hacking group Anonymous......or maybe Dirty Uncle Joe is just the MC for this consortium.
