So there i was, working out as usual, and i drop to do some flutterkicks. well, i get around to like #10 and all the sudden, it felt/sounded like the ball and socket where my leg is attached to my groin was just popping! no pain tho, just was a weird experience. pushed on, figured it was just one of those odd things the body does from time to time (like the time i was rucking and my left foot went soo numb i didnt know if i was moving my toes or not).
Any comments, suggestions?
