Considering the distance, cost and logistic involved, who, or what organization ensured the transit of 30K++ Haitian migrants to the southern US border?
There must be an organization, or individuals who finance this assault on the cultural stability of our nation, as has been reported, that under the current administration, the USA could see 50% population increase, within the next year.
If that is so, then the argument is not a party, D vs R, but a result of social engineering aligned to maintaining power and position, a complex program to alter a society from within. Those non state actor, and organization operate outside elected officials, yet are the policy sources for those who are aligned philosophically.
The head of the snake should be the focal point, not the $3.5B budget distraction, or the thin veneer of social good, BLM, SJW, School Boards, they are all social constructs of distractions imho, social policy is academic, organizations and individuals that execute the conceptualization should be exposed. VDH, TC, et al, have presented viewpoints, but they do not ID the source.

I can only answer the first part of your valid question., As far as the “invasion”, it appears that the spark for it was…Joe Biden, and easy border policies !!

The truth is that all of the displaced Haitians who have turned up in Del Rio, Texas didn’t migrate here from Haiti directly. Instead, they came from South America, mostly from Chile, where they had ALREADY been granted asylum and were working and living comfortably as refugees for YEARS.
They didn’t come from Port-au-Prince or Cap-Haïtien or any other city in the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere…
They came here from Santiago, in one of the richest cities in South American, and many already had jobs they worked for years.

If jobs dry up, slowly move through Central America and Mexico by bus and on foot to wait — perhaps years — in northern border cities like Tijuana for the right time to enter the United States and claim asylum.
Tens of thousands of Haitians fled after a devastating earthquake in 2010 to settle in South America. After jobs dried up from the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in 2016, many came to Tijuana.
Many have already lived outside their country for years. About 150,000 Haitians went to Chile from 2014 to 2018, many on charter flights to qualify for a visa, and found work as street vendors, janitors and construction workers. They lived largely in marginalized neighborhoods of the capital and suffered discrimination.
In April, a stricter immigration law took effect, and the Chilean government started massive aerial deportations.
Since then more Haitians have been moving through the Colombian town of Necocli, where migrants catch boat rides to the Panama border to begin the perilous trek through the jungle of the Darien Gap. In July, the town hosted more than 10,000 migrants, nearly all Haitian.
Panama’s Security Minister Juan Pino said Monday that his country was receiving 2,500 to 3,000 migrants daily — mostly Haitians.
From Panama, the migrants usually make their way through Central America aboard a series of buses, offloading to cross Nicaragua stealthily because it does not allow their transit before they reach Guatemala's border with Mexico, where some apply for asylum in the Mexican city of Tapachula and live in encampments.
Unlike Central Americans, Haitians have generally not been deported from Mexico.
So far this year,19,000 have requested asylum in Mexico, a figure second only to Hondurans.

In other words, the U.N. has set up shop in Mexico and is pushing these migrants to go to the U.S. Once again, the U.N. violates a member nation's right to protect its own borders. Fortunately, President Trump is having none of it. He'll send 5,200 troops to the border to stop the influx.

Immigration has been a political football for as long as I can remember. The Dems and Repubs play Good Cop/Bad Cop with this just as they have with COVID. While some entity or foreign actors maybe pushing the caravans it's is our very own government that allows this to happen. The same government that has has persecuted 100's over the 1/6 Celebration and let free those who looted, burned and killed during the US 2020 Summer of Rage and who believes ANTIFA is an idea, not an entity.

The fact is, if you aren't for Joe Biden, you're not a Haitian immigrant. You people should also stop bagging on his handling of immigration policy right now. sometimes good things go wrong - take that time back when Barry was in office - his VP made a very wise observation that applies quite well to the current immigration debacle:
"If we do everything right, if we do it with absolute certainty, there's still a 30% chance we're going to get it wrong."

Because so many institutions and organizations are in on the immigration grift I believe it would be difficult to narrow down a person or group as the head of the snake. All these people, groups and institutions have a vested interest in seeing an increase in immigration, both legal and illegal. With so many invested in the immigration grift that make the US very vulnerable to foreign actors like China and Russia. In addition the US has puts itself in a position where countries like Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, etc who are also in on the grift can blackmail the US for more funds to slow the flow of immigrants.

An infinitesimal amount when compared to the overall federal spending. The government currently spends about 582 million per year on refugee resettlement. Total government spending in 2016 was approximately 3.54 trillion. Thus, the current money spent on refugee resettlement is less than .02% (not 2%, not 0.2%, but .02%) of spending in 2016. The percentage is similar for the last five years, except in 2012 when even less, .008%, of government spending went toward refugee resettlement.
As a point of comparison, if you spent approximately $50,000 per year on your household expenses, it would be like spending less than $10 of that $50,000 to give thousands of people safety, opportunity, and life (survival).
Or, to put it another way, there are approximately 122 million taxpayers in the U.S. If we divide the amount of money spent on refugee resettlement by the number of tax payers, each tax payer contributes less than $5 to refugee resettlement each year.

Judging by how testy #OrangeGirlBad® got with Doocy from Fox on that topic I'll bet the charter bus bills for Covid-compliant seating (to San Antonio, Tucson and other locales) are pretty hefty. That's a bunch of buses. People (NGOs) are certainly going to keep adding slices of pie-to-go at the end of that dinner ticket, payable by the same card holder.

I am not surprised. But still it only cost each tax payer $5.00, (Roni Deutch) ONLY FIVE DOLLARS! Seems like many of the entities State, NIH, etc have become little more than large scale money laundering operations.
