Considering the distance, cost and logistic involved, who, or what organization ensured the transit of 30K++ Haitian migrants to the southern US border?

There must be an organization, or individuals who finance this assault on the cultural stability of our nation, as has been reported, that under the current administration, the USA could see 50% population increase, within the next year.

If that is so, then the argument is not a party, D vs R, but a result of social engineering aligned to maintaining power and position, a complex program to alter a society from within. Those non state actor, and organization operate outside elected officials, yet are the policy sources for those who are aligned philosophically.

The head of the snake should be the focal point, not the $3.5B budget distraction, or the thin veneer of social good, BLM, SJW, School Boards, they are all social constructs of distractions imho, social policy is academic, organizations and individuals that execute the conceptualization should be exposed. VDH, TC, et al, have presented viewpoints, but they do not ID the source.

Penn,
I can only answer the first part of your valid question., As far as the “invasion”, it appears that the spark for it was…Joe Biden, and easy border policies !!
The Haitians are NOT coming from Haiti…,there coming from South America, and MORE to come

SnT

The truth is that all of the displaced Haitians who have turned up in Del Rio, Texas didn’t migrate here from Haiti directly. Instead, they came from South America, mostly from Chile, where they had ALREADY been granted asylum and were working and living comfortably as refugees for YEARS.

They didn’t come from Port-au-Prince or Cap-Haïtien or any other city in the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere…

They came here from Santiago, in one of the richest cities in South American, and many already had jobs they worked for years.

“None of these Haitians are from Haiti. None of them. These Haitians are all from Chile and Brazil. When Biden got in, word went out and they decided, we’re coming now. That was the decision point. I’ve interviewed 60 to 70 Haitians over the last year and it’s always the same story – Joe Biden opened the border so we decided we could upgrade our lifestyle.”

https://freedomwire.com/haitian-migrants-in-chile/

Nearly all Haitians reach the U.S. on a well-worn route: Fly to Brazil, Chile or elsewhere in South America. If jobs dry up, slowly move through Central America and Mexico by bus and on foot to wait — perhaps years — in northern border cities like Tijuana for the right time to enter the United States and claim asylum.
Tens of thousands of Haitians fled after a devastating earthquake in 2010 to settle in South America. After jobs dried up from the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in 2016, many came to Tijuana.

Many have already lived outside their country for years. About 150,000 Haitians went to Chile from 2014 to 2018, many on charter flights to qualify for a visa, and found work as street vendors, janitors and construction workers. They lived largely in marginalized neighborhoods of the capital and suffered discrimination.
In April, a stricter immigration law took effect, and the Chilean government started massive aerial deportations.

Since then more Haitians have been moving through the Colombian town of Necocli, where migrants catch boat rides to the Panama border to begin the perilous trek through the jungle of the Darien Gap. In July, the town hosted more than 10,000 migrants, nearly all Haitian.

Panama’s Security Minister Juan Pino said Monday that his country was receiving 2,500 to 3,000 migrants daily — mostly Haitians.

From Panama, the migrants usually make their way through Central America aboard a series of buses, offloading to cross Nicaragua stealthily because it does not allow their transit before they reach Guatemala's border with Mexico, where some apply for asylum in the Mexican city of Tapachula and live in encampments.
Unlike Central Americans, Haitians have generally not been deported from Mexico.
So far this year,19,000 have requested asylum in Mexico, a figure second only to Hondurans.

Back in 2018 Mike Pence is reported to have said this:

that Honduras President Juan Orlando Hernandez told him that the caravan had been "organized by leftist organizations and financed by Venezuela."

https://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/migrant-caravan-u-s-sovereignty/

That same article mentions the UN is a backdoor for the US Government to participate:

Meanwhile, the U.N. is committing resources to the caravan. In essence, it uses U.S. taxpayers' money to fund a violation of their own border. That way, the U.S. can join all the other countries with a mass immigration problem.

As the UN News service reported, "A priority for UNHCR (the UN's refugee agency), which has mobilized extra staff and resources to help . Those making the journey in Mexico's southern borderlands, is ensuring migrants are informed on their rights to asylum. In an agency video, a UNHCR protection associate said many migrants were simply unaware asylum was an option."

In other words, the U.N. has set up shop in Mexico and is pushing these migrants to go to the U.S. Once again, the U.N. violates a member nation's right to protect its own borders. Fortunately, President Trump is having none of it. He'll send 5,200 troops to the border to stop the influx.

Also back in 2018 Vox speculated that

If the migrant caravan didn’t exist, President Donald Trump might have needed to invent it.

https://www.vox.com/2018/10/24/18010340/caravan-trump-border-honduras-mexico

The Daily Beast claimed in October 2020 that a man named Bartolo Fuentes was the person behind the caravan.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/forget-trump-hysteria-heres-how-the-migrant-caravan-crisis-really-began

This Brookings Institute piece suggest that the US has thrown money at the immigration problem but has not done much if anything to address the root causes of the problem.

https://www.brookings.edu/blog/order-from-chaos/2021/01/29/the-imperative-to-address-the-root-causes-of-migration-from-central-america/

The US Chamber of Commerce...

We commend President Biden for taking action to ensure the reunification of separated families, address irregular migration across the Southern Border, and improve the functionality of our nation's immigration system by conducting a top-to-bottom review of barriers to our legal immigration system. Policies adopted over the past several years have undermined critical employment-based visa programs and significantly hindered many different companies' ability to expand their domestic operations and create jobs for Americans. President Biden’s order to coordinate immigration policy through the White House and his effort to ensure that legal immigration is fair and efficient are a clear indication of the priority his administration has placed on fixing our broken immigration system. We look forward to working with the Biden Administration to address these critical issues.

https://www.uschamber.com/press-release/us-chamber-statement-immigration-executive-order

The CATA Institute believes that the Biden Administration is following the immigration laws to the letter..

He won’t let refugees in from abroad. But the law explicitly allows refugees to ask for asylum at U.S. borders even if they don’t have permission: anyone “who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival . . . ), irrespective of [their legal] status, may apply for asylum.” In 1996, Congress clarified that agents “shall refer [any asylum seeker] for an interview by an asylum officer.”

https://www.cato.org/blog/bidens-border-policy-not-open-borders

Kathleen Gilberd, executive director of the National Lawyers Guild’s Military Law Task Force, told Truthout, “The deployment of US troops to the Southern border is an illegitimate political ploy and a serious misuse of the military. This action casts shame on a government that treats refugees seeking asylum as enemies.”

Immigration has been a political football for as long as I can remember. The Dems and Repubs play Good Cop/Bad Cop with this just as they have with COVID. While some entity or foreign actors maybe pushing the caravans it's is our very own government that allows this to happen. The same government that has has persecuted 100's over the 1/6 Celebration and let free those who looted, burned and killed during the US 2020 Summer of Rage and who believes ANTIFA is an idea, not an entity.

Since the creation of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in 2003, the federal government has spent an estimated $333 billion on the agencies that carry out immigration enforcement.

Enforcement and Security are deterrents, not necessarily control measures. We're the Government and we are here to help you...

This is shocking

Those people under that bridge held certain truths as self evident - that all immigrants - men and women created … by the - you know - you know the thing

The fact is, if you aren't for Joe Biden, you're not a Haitian immigrant. You people should also stop bagging on his handling of immigration policy right now. sometimes good things go wrong - take that time back when Barry was in office - his VP made a very wise observation that applies quite well to the current immigration debacle:
"If we do everything right, if we do it with absolute certainty, there's still a 30% chance we're going to get it wrong."
Life liberty etc...

...maybe those folks went to work at the soylent green factory? C'Mon Man !!

Because so many institutions and organizations are in on the immigration grift I believe it would be difficult to narrow down a person or group as the head of the snake. All these people, groups and institutions have a vested interest in seeing an increase in immigration, both legal and illegal. With so many invested in the immigration grift that make the US very vulnerable to foreign actors like China and Russia. In addition the US has puts itself in a position where countries like Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, etc who are also in on the grift can blackmail the US for more funds to slow the flow of immigrants.

Who pays for refugees to travel to the United States?

In some cases Refugees do.

The money used to pay for refugee travel expenses is initially provided by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), via funds from the Department of State. However, this money for travel costs is provided to refugees as an interest-free loan, not a gift. Refugees are expected to begin making payments on the loan six months after their arrival in the U.S., or when they have a reliable source of income. They are held accountable to make payments until the loan is paid in its entirety.

How much money does the Federal Government spend on refugee re-settlement each year?

An infinitesimal amount when compared to the overall federal spending. The government currently spends about 582 million per year on refugee resettlement. Total government spending in 2016 was approximately 3.54 trillion. Thus, the current money spent on refugee resettlement is less than .02% (not 2%, not 0.2%, but .02%) of spending in 2016. The percentage is similar for the last five years, except in 2012 when even less, .008%, of government spending went toward refugee resettlement.

As a point of comparison, if you spent approximately $50,000 per year on your household expenses, it would be like spending less than $10 of that $50,000 to give thousands of people safety, opportunity, and life (survival).

Or, to put it another way, there are approximately 122 million taxpayers in the U.S. If we divide the amount of money spent on refugee resettlement by the number of tax payers, each tax payer contributes less than $5 to refugee resettlement each year.

Charities on the Dole:

The two largest Volags — U.S. Catholic Charities and the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society — together received about $75 million in State Department and ORR funds for their U.S. operations alone in 1996, the last year for which data is available, and a Volag affiliate boasts in a publication that money "pours" in from local and state governments as well.]

The Economic Costs for U.S. States Who Opt Out of Refugee Resettlement (https://research.newamericaneconomy.org/report/state-fact-sheets-on-refugees/)

Again, much of this stops if Federal and State governments quit incentivizing bad behavior. Since about the first of September my Inbox began filling with emails from the RNC bagging Joe and the Ho on immigration and grifting for donations.

Paslode, those numbers (as to cost of resettlement) are woefully short. Just yesterday I saw figures in the almost 2 Billion (Billion, with a B) range just for the Afghan cats. I can't imagine how much $$ was spent to make the Haitian problem "disappear."

I can't imagine how much $$ was spent to make the Haitian problem "disappear."Sir, the Piper has not totaled that bill yet. Judging by how testy #OrangeGirlBad® got with Doocy from Fox on that topic I'll bet the charter bus bills for Covid-compliant seating (to San Antonio, Tucson and other locales) are pretty hefty. That's a bunch of buses. People (NGOs) are certainly going to keep adding slices of pie-to-go at the end of that dinner ticket, payable by the same card holder.

Cue Republican sub-committee to investigate & write strongly worded letters.

I am not surprised. But still it only cost each tax payer $5.00, (Roni Deutch) ONLY FIVE DOLLARS! Seems like many of the entities State, NIH, etc have become little more than large scale money laundering operations.
