Old Dog New Trick

(There are too many threads to pick one to reopen old wounds)
Remembering the day the world stopped turning and the skies became clear of airplanes for the first time since aviation began...
I remember everything that happened that day like it was yesterday, but can't remember what I had for breakfast yesterday...
I hope Major Cole Hogan, and SFC Nate Chapman's names are never forgotten as well as the names of the nearly 3,000 lives lost in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. on 9/11/2001.
I will always remember the five personal friends and coworkers that lost their lives fighting the Global War on Terrorism in Afghanistan, Iraq and the Philippines and the wounded who have become my friends since their return from war. Never forget their sacrifice and service to their country.
Honor and respect the over 10,000 lives sacrificed in war and the countless wounded warriors around the world that brought peace and stability for these last two decades; their memories will always live on in the people who served alongside them and the families who loved them.
Rest In Peace Brothers and Sisters, you are never forgotten and will always be remembered for your heroism and sacrifice for freedom, courage and honor!
Salut
