Lockheed, the nation’s largest defense contractor, sends key executives on a mission to deconstruct their “white male privilege.”

Last year, Lockheed Martin Corporation, the nation’s largest defense contractor, sent white male executives to a three-day diversity-training program aimed at deconstructing their “white male culture” and encouraging them to atone for their “white male privilege,” according to documents I have obtained.

The program, hosted on Zoom for a cohort of 13 Lockheed employees, was led by the diversity-consulting firm White Men As Full Diversity Partners, which specializes in helping white males “awaken together.” The Lockheed employees, all senior leaders in the company, included Aaron Huckaby, director of global supply chain operations; retired Air Force lieutenant colonel David Starr, director of the Hercules C-130 military transport program; retired Air Force lieutenant general Bruce Litchfield, vice president of sustainment operations; and Glenn Woods, vice president of production for the Air Force’s $1.7 trillion F-35 fighter jet program. (Lockheed Martin did not return request for comment.)

At the beginning of the program, the diversity trainers led a “free association” exercise, asking the Lockheed employees to list connotations for the term “white men.” The trainers wrote down “old,” “racist,” “privileged,” “anti-women,” “angry,” “Aryan Nation,” “KKK,” “Founding fathers,” “guns,” “guilty,” and “can’t jump.” According to the participants, these perceptions have led to “assumptions about white men and diversity,” with many employees believing that white men “don’t care about diversity,” “have a classical perspective on history and colonialism,” and “don’t want to give away our power.”

The White Men As Full Diversity Partners team—Jim Morris, Mark Havens, and Michael Welp—framed the purpose of the training session as providing a benefit for white men who embrace the diversity and inclusion philosophy. In response to a prompt about “what’s in it for white men,” the participants listed benefits such as: “I won’t get replaced by someone who is a better full diversity partner,” “[I will] improve the brand, image, reputation of white men,” and “I [will] have less nagging sense of guilt that I am the problem.”

In a set of related resources, White Men As Full Diversity Partners lays out its theory of privilege. The firm’s founders, Welp and Bill Proudman, have argued that white males must “work hard to understand” their “white privilege,” “male privilege,” and “heterosexual privilege,” which affords them unearned benefits. The firm’s training programs are designed to assist white men in discovering the “roots of white male culture.” That culture, according to Welp and Proudman, consists of traits—such as “rugged individualism,” “a can-do attitude,” “hard work,” “operating from principles,” and “striving towards success”—which are superficially positive but are “devastating” to women and minorities.

At the Lockheed training, following the baseline exercises, the trainers proceeded with the “hearts and minds” portion of the session: deconstructing employees’ “white male privilege” through a series of “privilege statements,” then working to rebuild their identities as “agent[s] of change.” The trainers provided the participants with a list of 156 “white privilege statements,” “male privilege statements,” and “heterosexual privilege statements” to read and discuss, including:

“My culture teaches me to minimize the perspectives and powers of people of other races”; “I can commit acts of terrorism, violence or crime and not have it attributed to my race”; “My earning potential is 15-33% higher than a woman’s”; “My reproductive organs are not seen as the property of other men, the government, and/or even strangers because of my gender”; “I am not asked to think about why I am straight”; “I can have friendships with or work around children without being accused of recruiting or molesting them.”

Finally, in order to cement the idea that white male culture is “devastating” to racial minorities and women, the trainers had the Lockheed employees read a series of “I’m tired” statements from fictitious racial minorities and women. The statements included: “I’m tired of being Black”; “I’m tired of you making more money than me”; “I’m tired of people disparaging our campaigns (like Black Lives Matter)”; “I’m tired of Black boys/girls being murdered”; “I’m tired of people thinking they’re smarter and more qualified than me”; “I’m tired of hearing about how we need a wall at the southern borders but not on the northern borders”; “I’m tired of the desire or comment to remove race—the concept that we should be ‘colorblind.’”
This is not the first time White Men As Full Diversity Partners has been involved in a controversial training program. Last year, I reported on the company’s white male training program for employees at the Sandia National Laboratories, which began a series of reports leading to President Trump’s Executive Order 13950, banning racial stereotyping, scapegoating, and discrimination in federal diversity programs. The Trump ban, however, was temporary; President Biden rescinded the order on his first day in office.

Today, it’s back to business as usual. Consultants such as White Men As Full Diversity Partners peddle fashionable racial theories and attach themselves to bloated government contractors such as Lockheed Martin. Presidents change, but for now the woke-industrial complex has no term limit.

If, for a moment, you look at this as a PSYOP conducted to degrade an adversary...mix in a virus...naaaahhhh....we are MUCH too sophisticated to fall for that...In readings today I see a couple different articles from a couple pretty savvy Democrats - savvy in the sense that they've been a pretty consistent weather vane for the commies. James Scarville and one of their pollsters have both written articles taking the Dem machine to task regarding what is going to backfire on them. The Stalinistas are at risk of losing a monstrous chunk of their Hispanic vote, and their mainstream base is completely put off by the pandering to the loud-but-minority "wokeness." The pollster also mentioned one thing about the conservative (little 'c') base, many of whom may follow Trump or a Trump-approved candidate:

They really dislike being polled.

So there is always an undercurrent of doubt that makes them nervous as hell (this is a perk). So while some painted-red Conservatives of the Paul Ryan stripe are going to "vote at it harder" the Stalinistas are thoroughly motivated to cheat at it harder because they don't know the size of the shark under the water.

I think we (and certainly the crew in question) can all be thankful that Tammy Duckworth had relented control of her doomed Blackhawk helicopter to her co-pilot moments before being hit by gunfire and an RPG. Apparently it took all his might and strength to land the badly damaged helicopter when all the hydraulics and one engine had been damaged in the process. (And we’re to believe she is a hero and equal for being carried away by her surviving crew chief.) (P.S. it’s only because it was recently brought to my attention her story of that fateful day and how it sounds like she was probably more of a hindrance than an asset throughout the entire crash sequence…according to her they would have all died if she didn’t regain control of her helicopter. It’s a good thing she was most likely unconscious and had no legs to interfere with her co-pilots control of the aircraft.)

I hear you. My family rented a "shotgun shack" in the mill village of a tiny town in middle Georgia. We were poor but I did'nt realize it. I guess my "privilege" was being on equal plane with all those around me..... We were all rich. :D

Many people have drank the "woke pill" Kool aid. Some yearn for acceptance from a group or culture and will do anything to achieve that acceptance, but some do it for personal benefit and attention. Many of these deep thinkers ignore the potential long term consequences of their actions.

There is some nuance to it. If you are a conservative - yes, absolutely.
If you are a democrat, you have options...
You could do like Pelosi and state that your mothers right to have an abortion was important and your privilege will be washed away.
You can do like Rachael Dolezal and spend YEARS wearing blackface and identifying as an oppressed minority - your privilege will be forgiven.
You can change your name to Karen and wear of purple hat that and your privilege will be washed away.
You can make Karen you middle name, dye your hair pink or blue, and you will be cleansed of privilege.
You can get on social media and tell people of color when why and how they should be offended by womansplaining racism and bigotry to them.
You can put your hair in dreds' and carry a "my body my choice" sign while demanding that everyone get vaccinated.

Here's the real issue.

Do racial minorities generally perform worse than white folk?
It can't be denied that they do.

hang on, hear me out here.

But instead of really understanding what's going on.
This small but annoyingly loud group of, what ironically seems to be predominantly white upper-class academics, loves to mix correlation with causation and fabricate reasons for this issue.

And what happens?
Do you see racial minorities being encouraged to start doing something to keep fathers in homes, and teaching their young men character (the core issues here)?
No!
You see them being encouraged to blame shift and covet entitlements.
The thing that got them into this mess in the first place.

Let's compare today’s civil rights movement with the Civil Rights Movement of the 50s and 60s.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

In '55, a woman would defy segregation laws in Alabama and refuse to give up her seat to a white passenger on a bus in Montgomery.

But it was decided, by a group mostly comprised of Pastors, and led by Mr King himself, (the same group that less than 24 moths later would become the Southern Christian Leadership Conference), that this young woman would not be the face of the Civil Rights Movement that day. You see 15-year-old Claudette Colvin was six months pregnant at the time and unwed, and it was felt that she didn't communicate the moral integrity of the movement.

So, nine months later, that very same year, Rosa Parks would perform the exact same defiant act, and go down in history as the woman who’s act brought the Civil Rights Movement to national prominence.

Compared to

Who are the hero's of this new movement?
Do any of them not have a criminal record?
How many of them where in the midst of performing a criminal act when the violent act the made them famous occurred?

I'm not blaming the black man. In the 60s he was successfully starting to claw his way out of poverty, well, he was until the government decided to "help".

Policy changes in the 60s, in how unwed mothers where to be supported by social welfare, was a significant driver in a huge increase in black fatherless homes, tripling from 24% in 1965 to 72% less than 30 years later.

Ironically at the very same time Mr King and the SCLC where fighting their hard fought battles for freedom in the South, these policy changes that would bring about their next generations demise, were being orchestrated in Washington.

…Interesting stuff.

My eyes must be playing tricks on me I look white and all 8 of my brothers and sisters appear the same. As kids we lived on z farm in Nebraska in the community my mothers family lived in which was predominantly Swedish..we were all toeheads like everyone else or so I thought. But we were dirt poor hell my folks could not afford to replace the broken windows on the 2nd floor to keep us from freezing during the Nebraska winters they used cardboard instead. From there we moved to Phoeniz to a mostly Hispanic area...it SEEMED we were not hispanic but apparently my eyes played tricks on me....we had lived with my Grandma where the girls slept inside and all the boys dad included had to sleep in the carport....grandma always kept a 50lb bag of onions for us to eat if we got hungry between meals....she did grow up in the great depression in Kansas in the great dustbowl so we thought we had it good...no shoes in the summers made for some quick feet crossing streets as we walked to the free swimming pool (canals) unless we could find enough pop bottles to sell dumpster diving....sometimes we hit a jackpot and found broken toys...then the problem was getting the toys home before some other poor kids cut you off and you had to fight them for your find.....good times but for allegedly being white kids and privelaged.....in Phoenix we were poorer than many but everyone was poor in that area but in Nebraska the rich farm kids seemed to like humiliating us poor ones.....thats it Im going woke oooops I meant going broke is no joke

I’d really be interested in someone taking a survey of all the woke, privileged, college educated people of any ethnicity serving in the military? I’m sure there must be some somewhere, I mean we know of George W. and J. Kerry, just names that readily rise to the top of white male privilege but then we have all those who escaped service because of their white male privilege that now tell us how wrong we all are and have been since our birth, or the birth of our fathers and grandparents. Even those that fled persecution, slaughter and depravity of character for any reason at all: religion, where you were born, your family name, your impure ethnicity was all that was necessary…and I’m just referring to the “white people.” I can’t even begin to imagine what horrors have been bestowed on the worlds’ minority populations where Africans have been abused since their discovery as commodities on a world market where the village chief saw value in young men and waring neighboring villages saw monetary value in kidnappings and selling/trading humans for materials to make them stronger than their rivals. I’m sure that, well, I’m certain now that my knowledge of history is all wrong, (I was educated pre wokeness in public schools) so there is no point in trying to figure out why the first known inhabitants of North America came across the Aleutian Islands to escape persecution from the Mongrels and the Ottomans and that before the “white man” came their lives were filled with romantic memories of killing everyone and everything if it ensured the continued existence. Or the darker skinned “Not White or of Hispanic Decent” (aka non Spanish speakers) who migrated from the once tropical rain forests of west Asia to habitable new lands around the world, or simply just stayed because they were too poor to travel until oil was found beneath their feet, keeping centuries old customs of slavery to be handed down from generation to generation. (Thank God we ended that practice so early into our newly formed country.) And due to my poorly educated “superior white life” it would be difficult at best for me to understand the centuries old wars that Asian and Hispanic people have waged against themselves for millennia if for no other reason than; it’s good to be King! (We should build a wall, that stretches from here to way over there…and we should rape, pillage and rape some more - blood runs deeper than water. Dynasties and Imperialism are hard to maintain through famine, disease and global warming, don’t ya know!) Where else have there been Kings…oh yeah, everywhere but here, except for that Martin Luther King, he had an idea and it was an amazing one at that (insert Dream Speech here.) So much progress, so much hope, to bad greed and power corrupts. It’s looking like his children’s grandchildren will face the same trials and tribulations the good Reverend faced way back then and died for; desegregation and a place at the table. He sure as hell didn’t walk all those miles and die for Trayvon, Tamir, Willy and George…the content of their character was already flawed beyond redemption but I’m sure he would have prayed for them none the less. He would have prayed for all the deplorable, white, supremacists that waved flags and chanted USA, USA, USA on the steps and in the halls of the “People’s House”…but I digress (there were hundreds, thousands of POC: Blacks, Asians, Hispanics there as well waving patriotic flags chanting USA! But only the white people are racist, insurgent, supremacists…)

I proudly served from 1980-2002 in all kinds combat arms units and regardless of color or home town we all saw each other only as “green that bled red” and we didn’t condemn the people that came from poorer conditions than the poor and hopeless conditions or eminent trouble with the law that led most of us into the military at the time.

Without a TV show named “Silver Spoons” most of us could not even imagine how those people lived. And then there was, “Lifestyle’s of the Rich and Famous” it’s so encouraging to see how Hollywood has influenced our lives to the point of confusing art with reality. Now we have 24/7 YouTube with documentaries on our perceived privilege that only “white people” are afflicted with this disorder. Poor poor Ricky Schroder if only he knew what YouTube was he could have had a Lamborghini for real. Hey I just read about celebrities selling their vacation homes for millions and tens of millions of dollars…I’m so glad they can teach me about my “white privileged life” fu*king idiots!

(I came from nothing but humble beginnings and learned to value life over material items, many of which I have only recently found to be not as shiny as I had perceived them to be. The only thing anyone ever gave me was - opportunity to achieve a better life, I have.)

It’s obvious my education was flawed so after the pandemic is over point me to the woke re-education camps…the Aztec and Incas are waiting for me…sigh.
