He's still the Worst Governor Evers, but his signature is on the Exec Order and it was nice to see. I know some gents "of a certain vintage" may appreciate this as they had personal relationships with these little brown people in various capacities. There is a pretty good community in western WI. Exec Order attached; flags will be at half-staff tomorrow.

I agree that they deserve to be remembered for the sacrifices they made.

Yards....always caught between that rock and hard place....good event.I have read (and heard in oral histories) more than once of the idea of "let's point them north & take care of that problem and then turn them around pointed toward Saigon and let 'em finish the job."
