Worth a slow read. Don't think Biden can do it.

Biden isn't even an empty chair, because the chair has some solid matter.

All Biden is going to do is take orders from the people who put him into office, otherwise he'll find himself ex-POTUS Biden after being hit with 25th Amendment by his own party.

That will not be far down the road, I would speculate 6-8 months.
