Is anyone else tracking on this?
I'm curious how these psychos intend on maintaining a blackout of civilian networks. Will they set up DF nets to shut down any unapproved outgoing signals? Are they going to demand the FCC accommodate their tantrum and punish HAMs in other states for sending unauthorized traffic into the new restricted zone of Kailfornia?

The story I heard was the state makes available towers to the CQ'ers and they pay a small usage fee. Some guy hadn't paid in years and the state finally cut him off.
It may be a tin-foil chicken little scare??

I am and I wonder how long this downward spiral will go until SANITY takes over. The "Progressive" government in the state is a social cancer. The governing body is in place because they were elected by a population of voters who agree with their policies and philosophies. How can the situation be changed? I do not think a peaceful separation can be achieved. The demographics of the state make it unlikely to vote them out. New York is not far behind. The socialist political-action groups in the U S A are well organized and determined to destroy our Constitution and establish a communist state/country.
