Looking for info on a 5th GP 18E

Looking to vet an 18E, Patrick O'Brien, 18E that supposedly retired out of 5th GP HQ's around Sep '15 or so.

No, this is not he Pat O'Brien up at USASOC G8. (He and I went through the course in '82)

Looking for the info for a friend/former 18E instructor
