Spectacular!

Some of those cloud formations look like evil,
living breathing monsters.

Anyone who has HAHO'ed from 14,500' or above can swear that wind had three
different speeds and directions on the way down, sometime 180 degrees within 4,000 feet.

But to actually see small clouds run out from under bigger overhead clouds, then others take a third direction, shows that it is true.

VERY cool and well-produced set of clips. Amazing to see the different shear layers in some of those formations; the kind that can swat an aircraft to the ground, especially if it's on the edge of lift during takeoff or landing.

HF types who've listened to the atmosphere down "low" on 75/80m or 160m know that the thing is, as CSB mentioned, a living breathing thing (sometimes an awakened monster). All parts of Mother Nature's whole.
