Judge Roy Bean solution to the fake homeless beggars

The anecdote goes that a crippled beggar came into Judge Roy Beans "jersey lilly" saloon asking for money....the folk filled his container with money but when the man left some kids followed him to a open boxcar in which the kids saw him throw his crutches up in it and jump in obviously not crippled...the boys went back and told Judge Bean who in turn organized a possy of the same people who had given him money...they brought him back to which the Judge held court and sentenced the faker stating "if you want to be a cripple I sentence you to have your leg cutoff" afterwards the group cut the mans pants and marked his leg at the ankle after some argument they remarked the leg above the knee another man brought in a rusty saw....someone told the judge that the fella with the saw was crazy and might really cut his leg off so the Judge announced that the operation might get extra bloody so they ought to go drink a beer first...after the group left the beggar escaped.


We need some Judge Roy Beans today.

That would certainly help deter the "Professional Beggars" that I see hanging around in my area. It's bad when you know the specific beggar and their scheduled locations for M, W, & F versus their Saturday and Sunday locations.

Those simply need to be punched in the throat until mushiness results!

Excellent solution.

It's a bad problem in the region where I live. Saw a black guy onetime standing near a freeway on ramp holding a broken engine fan belt in his hand and asking for money. Didn't think much of it but then saw him a few weeks later doing the same thing. :D
