Lockheed Martin contractor Rick Rodriguez, a 20-year Army veteran and Green Beret, was pronounced dead Jan. 4, 2019, after a physical altercation involving multiple active-duty servicemembers on New Year's Eve in Iraq.

So who is responsible for the Col Kurtz command climate being permitted in that Command?

The Rodriguez family has finalized the planning for Rick's memorial, it will be held on Saturday 09 FEB 19 at 1000 AM in the JFK Chapel on Fort Bragg NC.
His relatives are also going to have a memorial for Rick near Los Angeles CA
