Obviously a Kalashnikov derivative, but I don't think I've seen it before, and I don't see it on any lists of Ukrainian small arms.
looks like a modified Romanian RH-10 to me.

Ok, I'm getting to be on the old side of a weapons guy, but this is what came to mind for me as soon as I seen that picture. I can't remember the last time I thought of a Valmet M-76. Had to have been while I was still in Group and looking through a Small Arms of the World book. Don't know if that is what it is or not, but it's my guess.
