I'm sure if any of you are aware of this, but running was invented in Scotland way back in 1658 by an Irishman named Cathal O'Running when he tried to walk twice at the same time.........

Of course, we all know that Dr Fallings work was derivative at best. I am quite the skeptic - I tend to give the credit for Dr Fallings discovery to his assistant...

We have a long history of chasing the Irish out of the Highlands...Trip was a Scottsman :D
They run quite fast as they know we operate Regimental Style :eek:
