Here in ABQ I stayed home yesterday evening. Listen to the APD radio and it was just chaos on the street last night, drunk after drunk incident/accident. Here in NM they embrace the party. :eek:

Problem is, the "party" lasts 365 days a year.

Just drive on the streets any time of day and you'll "see" the effects. :eek:

You are right. I thought PR was bad but here in NM they make the Drunks in PR look like temperance members. Every night on the news there are reports of drunks, drunken wrecks and drunken car chases.
