Have you heard about the Promise Program?

It was started by Obama's DOJ. Broward County was one of the participants.

"The intent of PROMISE is to safeguard the student from entering the judicial system."

With the promise of federal monies, it’s no surprise that Superintendent Runcie was happy to oblige his friends in D.C. Within a year of Runcie’s arrival, student arrest rates were down 66 percent, and Broward County Schools were about to hit the federal jackpot.

Why were so many RED Flags with Cruz ignored or made into an actionable item?

You might want to ask Sheriff Israel

or Congress critters, Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-23) and Ted Deutch (FL-22) <<< the school was in Debby's district and is now in Ted's

or Broward School Superintendent Robert W. Runcie

Essentially it dumps 'zero tolerance' policies in favor of ignoring the problem with problem students. It goes hand in hand with the agreements the DoJ worked out with Baltimore PD and Ferguson PD.

Apparently Trayvon Martin was a beneficiary of this program as well...different sources here (http://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/education/article31934748.html) and here (https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2018/02/21/its-too-late-broward-county-school-board-beginning-to-admit-their-mistakes/).

Exactly and by design those 'Give a Brother a Break' programs open the door for school shootings and Trayvon Martin events which TPTB then uses to sow the seeds of discontent tension and press their radical agenda.
