View Full Version : Horsemen Training Program Successor?

Hey Guys-

I'm doing the Horsemen Training Program for a third time and am wondering if there's any workout that will challenge me further in this kind of fitness? I've been thinking of moving toward German Volume Training in the morning and repeating the Horsemen at night. By the way, I'm doing 1x BW military press, 3x BW DL, 1.5x BW bench, and still running 3 miles in ~22 minutes. Should I amp the weight on the program or should I add something new in?

Did that a long time ago, but went offline for a while. Has to have been a year now. If you need me to I can do it again though.

Just letting you know I have posted an intro... and sorry, I can be a bit of a pain in the arse sometimes. Didn't know I needed to do a second one. Anyway, my post still stands. I'm open to suggestions if anyone has em!
