What retard keeps nudes of themselves on their phone/computer? Retard celebrities, you know the ones at #metoo.

If your nude photos were hacked and leaked do you seriously thing the FBI or LA Attorneys office would be stepping in and making this a priority?

Pay for play.

If your “portfolio” is not over one million and or you’re not a celebrity the FBI and attorney general does not take the case, period.

Only wealthy “celebrities“ rate this sort of law enforcement action. Show me one case of a non-celebrity or wealthy individual whose nudes were hacked and placed online that law enforcement made it a priority or the FBI got involved. :munchin

Fox Sports' Charissa Thompson's nude photos hacked, leaked online
By Sasha Savitsky | Fox New

Fox Sports host Charissa Thomas' private photos were hacked and leaked online.
Thompson's lawyer Andrew Brettler told Fox News his client will take "every appropriate step" to seek justice.

"We're working with [the Los Angeles District Attorney] hand-in-hand," Brettler told Fox News. "I think that it's important that the responsible individual or individuals are held accountable for this because it's a disgusting invasion of my client's privacy rights."
The Los Angeles District Attorney's office confirmed to Fox News "case has been presented to us for investigation."
The 35-year-old is the latest star to have nude photos leaked online. Lindsey Vonn, Miley Cyrus, Kristen Stewart and many more have been victims of nude photo hackings.

See my guess would be that the “celebrities” keep nudes of themselves to hand out like business cards (for Harvey Weinstein). Otherwise why keep them on your cellphone or computer?????

And for that matter, why take them in the first place?

Talk about “self-centered”. The Ultimate Narcissist??

Did a google search for nude photos and FBI............

Perpetrator in the Jennifer Lawrence Nude-Photo Hack Captured by F.B.I.
The 36-year-old man pleaded guilty to felony charges.

When the personal, private photos of celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, Selena Gomez, and Rihanna appeared online in August 2014, there was a lot of debate over what to call it. The word “leak” was rejected by many as too passive, the word “scandal” seemed to put partial blame on the victim. Speaking with Vanity Fair, Lawrence herself said, “It is not a scandal. It is a sex crime. It is a sexual violation. It’s disgusting.” Well, now we have another word for it: felony. One of the men responsible, Ryan Collins, has pled guilty to felony computer-hacking charges and could face up to five years in prison.

Variety reports that Collins, a 36-year-old Pennsylvania resident, signed a plea agreement with the U.S. Attorney’s L.A. office on Tuesday. Because he cooperated with prosecutors, Collins may see a reduced sentence of only 18 months. As Lawrence put it at the time, “The law needs to be changed, and we need to change.” The law hasn’t exactly changed here, but both the successful capture and the felony charge should serve as a strong deterrent to anyone hoping to follow in Collins’s invasive footsteps.

According to U.S. officials, Collins gained access to personal data by “phishing” his celebrity victims. Between November 2012 and September 2014, Collins sent e-mails “that appeared to be from Apple or Google asking for usernames and passwords.” Prosecutors reveal that in some instances, “Collins downloaded the entire contents of the victims’ Apple iCloud backups.”

So while there’s a reluctance to blame the victims of this crime, David Bowdich, assistant director in charge of the F.B.I.’s L.A. field office urges everyone—celebrity or not—to exercise more caution online:

By illegally accessing intimate details of his victims’ personal lives, Mr. Collins violated their privacy and left many to contend with lasting emotional distress, embarrassment and feelings of insecurity. We continue to see both celebrities and victims from all walks of life suffer the consequences of this crime and strongly encourage users of Internet-connected devices to strengthen passwords and to be skeptical when replying to emails asking for personal information.
Though Lawrence has yet to weigh in on Collins’s arrest, she made her feelings about him perfectly clear in 2014. “It’s so beyond me,” she said of the theft. “I just can't imagine being that detached from humanity. I can’t imagine being that thoughtless and careless and so empty inside.”

Glad to see that there are no greater threats to the country that would require the FBI's time and resources.

This post is worthless without pictures :D

Here is the double standard of hollyweird. I have done photography as a hobby for years. My first Camera I got at Ft. Benning PX when in jump school. In general when a photographer takes photos they are the property of the photographer with some exceptions that are agreed upon in writing before the photo shoot. So lets say some young want to be star goes and gets head shots for her portfolio. The photographer owns the photographs and she buys the prints for limited use of what they agree upon. Same goes for family photos back when they used negatives and now digital that is why you never got the negatives or a digital copy.

So all these want to be stars get nude photos done then become famous. Guess what legally the photographer can do what ever they want with the photos. Sell them, put them on porn web sites what ever. Well these stars get lawyers and get the FBI involved so they take the property of the photographer away from him without due process. The law only applies to some people.

You are way off. That's not what happened, at least in the case of Jennifer Lawrence and the other victimized by the so-called Fappening. Those were not professional photographs.

Many young women think nothing of taking and sending nude selfies to their boyfriends. Most have their phones synced to upload photos automatically to thE cloud. Then'hackers' used social engineering to gain access to the celebrities' cloud account and steal the photos.

(I don't know about Charissa Thomas but I assume it was something similar.)

In a later post I stated this case it was illegal since it was a computer hacker.

I was commenting on the double standard of the law as well as special treatment of the hollyweird elite vs you and I. Seems to me famous people would be smart enough to know hackers are going after them and keep photos like that in a place where they could not be found ie a hard drive off line. I could care less if they send nude photos back and forth none of my business.

Would an FBI team be right on the case if it was your computer to get hacked? I doubt it.

You can't talk about double standards when you haven't bothered to even try to understand what happened.

If your intimate photos, along with intimate photos of dozens of your colleagues, were stolen and sold to a porn site, where they received millions of views, then yeah, the FBI might get involved.

Gotta love how Lawrence pretty much summed up all of Hollyweird without even realizing it:
“It’s so beyond me. I just can't imagine being that detached from humanity. I can’t imagine being that thoughtless and careless and so empty inside.” :D

Was she talking about Hollywood, or perhaps California in general, or it could also have been an accurate description of Washington DC politicians. :D
