Ramsey will drop out on Friday, her campaign said.

“In its rush to claim the high ground in our roiling national conversation about harassment, the Democratic Party has implemented a zero tolerance standard,” Ramsey said in a statement Friday. “For me, that means a vindictive, terminated employee’s false allegations are enough for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) to decide not to support our promising campaign. We are in a national moment where rough justice stands in place of careful analysis, nuance and due process.”

Trump is the swamp monster but he’s eating all the little swamp creatures first.

Alls he needs to do is deny deny deny, make false accusations and blame someone else. Worked for his predecessor for eight years.

They have been hammering on Trump for how long now? I think in the end there will only be one man standing and it's gonna be Trump.

In its rush to claim the high ground in our roiling national conversation about harassment, the Democratic Party has implemented a zero tolerance standard. For me, that means a vindictive, terminated employee’s false allegations are enough for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) to decide not to support our promising campaign. We here, collectively, imho, have hardened our tolerance against an open forum, discussion, and consideration for other possible outcomes, as we fail to research for truth, we dismiss ideas worthy of discussion based solely on party affiliation.

Ramsey is held here as good riddance, one less possible Democrat in congress.
Yet, when one reviews her resume, marriage partner, family values, local, and circumstance of allegation, a reasonable assessment by any reasonable person, would cast doubt about the allegation, and further, its impact on us all, as she withdraws, rather than challenge the current social conditions of propaganda masquerading as fact.

imoo, the attack on our civil liberties, beginning with the rejection of 1st amendments speech issue, safe spaces, collegiate open forums, and the growth of identity politics, kneeling at the National Anthem, that has evolved is an extreme leftist progressive strategy to divide the consciousness of what it means to be an American, and in doing so, to divide, conquer, and destroy this Nobel Nation.

Andrea Ramsey’s loss of due process, which the fifth and fourteenth amendments address, act as a guard against arbitrary denial of life, liberty, and property. Ramsey’s in her position as a corporate HR officer acted, terminated, and was brought before a review. She was found harmless.

That in and of itself, should satisfy any reexamination of the circumstance of those supposed allegations.

What we lose collectively, when we fail to support anyone, regardless of political affiliation, of hearsay, lies, and innuendo, is our own voice individually and as a group, in the cause of freedom.

Ramsey was forced to withdraw, not because she was arguably innocent of those malicious rumors, but because her right to defend herself, publicly was denied.

In essence, with complete ruthlessness, even savaging its own members, the radical left (Soros, BHO, Ellison & Co) of the democratic party have succeeded in implementing and enforcing the first steps in the destruction of the Bill of Rights.

Ramsey never should have withdrawn, in doing so, we all lose.

Good points Penn.

Ready, fire, aim is no way to run a company or a country.

Due process is not something we should concede for temporary political expediency.

As I've posted before these sacrificial lambs will be used as examples against Trump in the court of public opinion. Many in media are probably licking their chops...

The politics of personal destruction - without due process - clearly works equally badly both ways.

She failed to fight back. She obviously lacked the courage of her convictions. As for the rest; you make legitimate points.

The good news is there's one less potentially competent Democrat to contest an election. Hopefully that gives the Republicans a better chance to retain their majority in 2018. Yes, both parties are rife with "swamp creatures", but the "Repugnants" are less immediately injurious to the Republic.

To add, she wasn’t tried by us or a court, but by her own party apparatchik. I’d say 99% of the USA didn’t even know who this person was until the news broke of HER If she did nothing wrong, why cowtow?

Ramsey was not a party to the lawsuit or the settlement, although she’s referred to throughout the complaint as Andrea Thomas, her name before she married her husband in late 2006. She denied the allegations to the Star in two interviews over the last two weeks and said the lawsuit is surfacing now for political purposes.

Ramsey repeatedly said that she was not aware of any settlement in the case, but said that if she had been a party to the case she would have opposed settling.

“Had those allegations, those false allegations, been brought against me directly instead of the company I would have fought to exonerate my name. I never would’ve settled,” Ramsey said in an interview on Thursday. “And I would have sued the disgruntled, vindictive employee for defamation.”

Individual supervisors are not named as defendants in federal sexual harassment or discrimination lawsuits because they are not considered employers under Title VII, the law that protects employees from discrimination, harassment and retaliation for color, race, sex and national origin

Left-wing “tolerance”? How about nazi tolerance? Many tried it once, didn’t work out.

Sorry, all out of liberal, progressive, socialist tolerance. They believe in removing my free speech, right to bear arms, right to make my own decisions and think big government (communism) is the answer.

I have no tolerance for liberal progressives socialists just like I have no tolerance for nazi’s, communists, marxists, fascists muslims, christians , jews, mormons gangs, pagans, racists, BLM, KKK, I could go on and on. It’s simple, I have zero tolerance for any party, class, group, organization, faction, gang, corporation, tribe, association, college, university, religion, culture, government etc that oppresses people.

I’ve grown to have only one belief, Freedom. Anything counter to that is my adversary.

Too many people out there that are intelligence challenged that have no idea they are being manipulated by their party, class, group, organization, faction, corporation, tribe, university, association, religion, culture, government etc.
I don’t have the need or desire to belong to a “school of fish” that all think and move in the same direction.

Tolerance is merely a word, used by a school of fish, that wants you to swim with them.

I have to agree, Penn. While I truly savor the schadenfreude of watching libs tearing into each other, I fear that this is a deliberate ploy to set the stage for future attacks against conservative targets, based merely on unfounded accusations. What better way to legitimize these tactics than by ruthlessly tearing through one's own ranks, and then publically calling for conservatives to follow their 'virtuous' lead when the accusations fly against targets on the right?

It's a win-win for the left--if conservatives don't remove the accused immediately and without due process, then they're choosing to support sexual predators in the eyes of the public; if they quickly sacrifice the accused to appease the squealing masses, then the libs get what they want.

I agree this is the strategy the progressive socialist left employs.

That said, we need to address and challenge these attacks even if those as
Peregrino points out:She failed to fight back. She obviously lacked the courage of her convictions.

Andrea Ramsey choose not to. In doing so, we must counter this attack on all our freedoms. Ramsey examples the sheep, that for better worse, we all, who have sign that contract to protect and defend, must confront this onslaught on our Democratic ideals, as best we can, and by all means possible, to prevent the only outcome when all social political discourse has failed.

We must speak out, we must challenge, we must engage, we must do everything we can in our limited capacity, within our social networks to speak clearly and distinctly as MLK did with regard to our civil rights.

Hearts and Minds, the mantra of USSF is the most powerful option in this cultural war, we must engage, individually and collectively to battle this divisive enemy on our soil.
