My #1 daughter, Stacey and her hubby, did a fantastic job of cooking and serving this years Thanksgiving dinner.

I took the G-Kids out for breakfast, to give their parents some peace & quiet, before the massive effort began.

But now,,
It's the morning after,,
Ate way to much,,
Loved every byte,,
Wish we had taken more pictures.

This is the only one I have..

From the top:
mash taters
mushrooms
turkey
cranberry sauce
green bean casserole
peas
carrots
gravy

For deserts,, home made Apple, Pecan, & Pumpkin pie..

Ha...Thanksgiving in a Can...;) I am glad you had a great day with your family and grand kids.

Mine was a world wind, ate hardly anything since I was doing a lot of the prep and hostess things, I got yelled at by "hubby" because I said the deep fried turkey looked a bit crispy, my mother-in-law made way too much food (how many freakin veggies & starches can you have for 6 people...Gee) washed all the dishes by hand while the guys sat on the couch, eyes closed rubbing their bellies..but otherwise, a nice cold Thanksgiving Day....

Day After....I am at work, Baltimore County Govt. does not have the day off after Thanksgiving like other counties in MD...Off at 1pm, no Thanksgiving left overs since I gave all of it to the "hubby" who will be hunting until next Wed/Thursday....Sweet.....:o

Sounds like a good Thanksgiving, JJ.

I left the kitchen in an unholy mess last night. Pretty much fell into a coma and didn't care.

This morning as I type this, I hear one of my teen sons in the kitchen washing dishes, on his own initiative.
