So let me get this straight, a corrupt democrat is asking for her crimes to be sealed by a corrupt DoJ. Sounds about right.

Lois Lerner, bottom-feeding liberal criminal scum-bag, you deserve to live in fear the rest of your miserable life.

Lois Lerner wants IRS testimony sealed forever, fearing death threats
By Brooke Singman | Fox News

Former IRS official Lois Lerner and her deputy are asking a federal court to keep their testimonies in the Tea Party targeting case private forever, over fear of death threats and potential harm to their families if the documents go public.
Lerner and her deputy Holly Paz filed a motion last Thursday to keep the materials—including tapes and transcripts of their depositions—sealed due to threats they have received in the past.

Court documents, reviewed by Fox News, said the “public dissemination of their deposition testimony would expose them and their families to harassment and a credible risk of violence and physical harm.”

“Whenever Mss. Lerner and Paz have been in the media spotlight, they have faced death threats and harassment,” the documents stated. “Returning Mss. Lerner and Paz to the media spotlight places them at risk, regardless of what they actually said in those depositions.”

The documents also stated that: “Public exposure will put innocent bystanders, namely Mss. Lerner’s and Paz’s family members (including young children), at risk, too.”

Lerner and Paz pointed to comments from Tea Party leader Mark Meckler that the lawsuit would “treat the IRS like the criminal thugs they are.” The court filing argued that his comments have created a “fertile environment where threats” against them have “flourished.”

Did she say something about the Clintons?

I suspect that most all who testify in criminal hearings wish their records and/or testimony would be sealed from everyone else.

I have a remedy. Don't do anything illegal and then you don't have to worry about people ostracizing and/or threatening you!

Bet: It'll stay sealed.
Rationale: 2018 mid-terms. Many of those in DC would then have another public reviling to endure (and more Tweets) because they did NOTHING.

If every acted as if what they say could be published as the headline of tomorrow's newspaper, I suspect this wouldn't be an issue.

she and her ilk are filthy corrupticons: "I did nothing wrong but I'm going to invoke my rights so I don't get myself into trouble."

We need to fry these people. The fabric of the republic is wearing thin. getting time to either water the tree of liberty with the blood of tyrants; or, time to feed the hogs. Either way - it's getting time to do something.

These POS should be stripped of their pensions and American citizenship, and exiled outside the US, never to return.

Looking over their shoulders and living in fear for the rest of their lives (from the people they wrongfully persecuted anyway) is irrational and reflects just how far out of touch they are. Tea Party members are about the least threatening I have ever seen. Their friends on the left though...that is an entirely different matter.

Charlie's dead; the penal system has a room ready. Whether realized in an act or not, I want them fearing retribution. They should fear retribution. Pour encourager les autres. If the little hairs stand up everytime they start their car, or drive out of their gated sub-division, I'm ok with that.

"I, with the full weight of the United States Government and the Internal Revenue Service behind me, abused my position of authority and wrongfully, intentionally, willfully or negligently violated the rights of my fellow citizens..."

..."now, I want the full extent of that shit about my extensive wrongful involvement kept secret..."

~LLerner

Did I get that right?

Screw you Lois Lerner.

She can hide behind the fence at Barry Soetoro's house. Where lies and deceit are welcome and expected.

Exactly.

Unlike the insane left, lone beta-male gunboys, if the "right" wanted Lois Lerner dead, she'd already be dead.

I've never met a "liberal" in the infantry or Special Forces.............

That's okay. Does anyone really need to see/hear her testimony to know that she's guilty as hell and deserves whatever outcome she may receive as a result of her crimes?

A lot of the swamp dwellers might learn to behave and obey the Constitution/Laws if some of them started disappearing never to be seen or heard from again. Not that I'm advocating anyone do such a thing.

You have been out for a while; there are plenty of them floating around these days and some of them are in pretty influential positions.

I could write a two-word decision on that, and the second word would be "that".
