I do not believe any man has a right to touch a woman against her wishes, no matter what she is or is not wearing., It is hard to imagine, though, that she would be overly surprised that a man would try to make a move on her, based on her sexual exploitation. Yessir, I strongly contemplated even writing it, because it is very difficult to say, correctly. Does it help that what I'm trying to say is coming from the viewpoint of a father of an 11 year-old girl? I have always tried to teach her that her worth, as a girl, is a result of her intelligence, kindness, and desire to do what's right (not how she looks, and she is a beautiful girl). To the chagrin of her and her mother, I am pretty strict about the clothes that she wears. I feel that if she presents herself in a self-respecting way that others will also give her respect, especially boys. A woman has complete providence over her body and who is allowed to see and touch it. I want her to understand that the way she acts and how she dresses can affect other's views of her.

Seeing that Ms. Tweeden has openly flaunted her sexual beauty, as a means of garnering attention, makes me believe that she doesn't feel worthy about other aspects of her character. Again, I do not judge her this way, but I can't imagine why she would do so, otherwise.

Lastly, I hold sexual abusers, rapists, and pedophiles in the highest disregard and would gladly mete out any punishment upon them. All these scumbags who have disrespected, abused, and harassed women deserve every punishment allowed. I get your explanation (which doesn't account for someone shoving their tongue down her throat), but it could be that you're missing the other side of a simple assumption. Maybe she just feels really confident in her own skin & thinks that should be enough. In my neck of the woods, there is no actual requirement to post "No Trespassing" signs (although many do). It is incumbent upon the other person to know where they are & whether they're on someone else's land, to wit: If it ain't yours, don't pick it up.

There is a common problem in the press (and other places) today, confusing the difference between intelligence (or information) and evidence.

We have the spate of articles comparing Franken and Moore and it's a good example. What we have with Moore is information. I'm not judging the information as truth or untruth, good or bad. It's just information.

In Franken's case we have evidence. There's no doubt he groped Tweeden. We have evidence in the form of photos.

Evidence is proof. It will stand up in a court. Intelligence is hearsay. Based on this, we think that.

For myself, I find it helpful to place the news I read into these two categories. When the next big news story hits - is there evidence or just information.

Evidence I find convincing. Information - I'll make up my own mind.

I think that she has openly "flaunted" her body to make a living that quite honestly probably puts ours (combined) to shame. I find nothing wrong with that. Some have brains, muscles, talent, skill, and some have beauty. They should always use everything at their disposal to be good Americans and make as much as they can.

THAT does NOT give anyone, Al Franken, Pres. Trump, or even me liberty to invade her personal space and act out sexual fondling, caressing, touching, stroking, grazing, petting, groping with or without actual physical contact and whether or not it was a 'joke".
