The Gov't should bring back VOA. Take the gloves off of EW vs DPRK. Stop acting in fear and looking weak. Change the calculus.

This is honestly the best answer. Thea Yong Ho agreed and mentioned this to congress. However, not USA, but all South Korean tv and radio.

It is one of the Hacker Bros. TheJester gave US the news of this broadcast last week and numbersstations also reported it.
Since then, DPRK has been hacking our open RDP ports on any government address they could find.
Keep your eye on the Whole of the battlefield.
