I hate both the NFC teams - not like they have a chance anyway.

Why? :munchin

Because neither one of them are the Cowboys

LOL -- I would have thought your team would be Houston.
I always hated the Cowboys, but I like Parcells and Keyshawn.

Houston is AFC, I'm still hoping for an all Texas Superbowl one day.
Dallas needs a new QB - hell Vinnie's as old as I am.
Houston just needs to win, I can't figure out what they're missing. Maybe Carr needs to go to Tom Brady/Peyton Manning football camp.

I believe that team is on the rise. Carr is the real deal. Give him a few more years.
Oh!!!! Don't get me going on Houston....
We need a whole new team....
McNair (the owner) IMHO will not have a good team till he gets his money back out of the City. He is no better that Bud Adams.
I am still an Oil fan... Always will be. So I still hallar for the Titians.

If McNair was healthy, they might have contended IMO. Fisher is a great coach. Amazing what they've gotten out of the talent they have, having lost Kearse and so many other top players . . .

I agree 100% on that. The Freak was just awesome. Took Fisher sometime to get his guys in place but once he did they were good.
As for Carr and Houston... I don't see them being good for a very long time. It was a Business deal more than an EGO I am going to have the BEST FOOTBALL TEAM IN THE WORLD for the owner.

I don't know. Andre Johnson is a monster and they can run too. If the defense comes along under Capers, I think they'll be tough. Too bad they play in such a tough division . . .

I tell you what Wayne Huizenga told me one time... Son. This is about business. Not about winning.
It opened my eyes about pro sports...
It would be nice to see them win. I just don't see it happin...

That was Wayne H.
I doubt if you would hear a George Halas, Hank Stramm, or a Red Auerbach say that.

TR,
I agree 100% with you on that.
I would compare McNair with Wayne H more so than Poppa Bear, Stramm, and Aurebach... Who all IMHO loved to win on the court and field. Not just in their pocket books.

That is really harsh. How many games has he played hurt?

I would love to see Dan Jenkins write a book about sports now a days...
"You got to play hurt" is one of my fav's.

I think (hope) the winners will be Atlanta and Pittsburgh. Vick was unstoppable in the divisionals. If Roethlisberger plays like he has for most of the season, I could see the Steelers getting that ring for the thumb.

RR is this your sports "rock and roll fantasy"? The Iggles will defeat Vick as he has zero passing game. The Steelers were exposed by a scrappy Jet team with a horrible kicker. Get ready for an Eagle/Patriot SB bro. :munchin

Yeah right !!!
Only when this happens.....
I have not picked one damn game winner all year long. So I am taking the Eagles over New England. Screw it, why should I start being right today.
