It's nice to see Germany returning to its old ways, left-wing socialist nazi's rounding up all that do not agree with them and throwing them in jail.

An old but effective tradition and rich culture. Well done! Might I suggest re-education camps?

Free speech? Not in any European country I'm aware of........

I'm sure doors in Communist Canada will soon be falling just like those in Germany.

The nazi socialist mantra should be: "If we label it we can ban it."





German Authorities Raid Homes of 36 for Social Media ‘Hate Speech’

BERLIN (AP) — German authorities are taking action against 36 people suspected of posting hate speech online, most of them accused of far-right incitement.
The Federal Criminal Police Office said police across the country searched homes of suspects, questioned them and took unspecified “further measures” early Tuesday. There was no word of any arrests.

The so-called “day of action against hate postings” followed a similar exercise last year. The police office said most of the postings targeted Tuesday had a far-right motivation, but authorities also targeted a suspected anti-government extremist, two far-left suspects and one case where the victim’s sexual orientation was attacked.

In April, the Cabinet approved a bill to punish social networking sites if they fail to swiftly remove illegal content such as hate speech. Parliament has yet to approve it.

Merkel has already had people thrown in jail for making disparaging comments about her buddy Erdogan (during the post-coup period) under the prohibition of insulting a foreign head-of-state. I'll bet her Stasi is all over it when someone insults the POTUS.

As a result, they are treated like heretics. The embedded tyrants are threatened by them, and will spare no effort (like the Democratic party here) to keep them out of office. The lesson of what the Trump constituency did to the Democratic machine here is not lost on them.

IMO, they have not yet reached their limit of violent outrage (girls raped, massacres in crowded places) yet. Too busy enjoying patting themselves on the back for how tolerant & generous they are. And you cannot get rational decision-making out of an irrational person. If German authorities are going to have a "Day of Action" over speech, maybe some Germans need to break a few windows of their own. Not holding my breath, though.
