Carter Page has released the 23-page letter (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/05/23/ex-trump-adviser-page-rips-obama-era-surveillance-wants-to-testify-in-public.html) he has transmitted to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in advance of his scheduled (and apparently very willing) testimony on 6 June 2017.
